This issue has been resolved since 6:40am MST, no new reports. We apologize for the inconvenience and are investigating how to avoid this failure in the future.

Monitoring

We have removed load balancing from our Wireless Authentication workflow and connectivity has been restored to many locations, we are still monitoring for further failures. uScans and Employee devices should be able to connect to UHCv2 and Midtown Campusv2 once again. Identified

The network team has identified an issue with our load balance configuration following a planned maintenance last night. We are working with IT platforms to resolve this as swiftly as possible. Wifi has been restored to the campus and some locations but we are not back to full functionality yet.

Investigating

Network is currently investigating an issue with corporate WiFi impacting all field locations and Midtown Campus, users are unable to connect to UHCv2 or Midtown Campusv2 wireless networks.

At this time there are no workarounds, users will need to use wired connections or guest WiFi until this issue is resolved. Will report back as soon as we have more information.
