We have added a workaround to our network until the 3rd party provider issue is resolved.

Update

We continue to receive reports of POS slowness affecting select U-Haul locations.
Current investigation indicates this appears to be a network routing issue involving an upstream network provider.

We are actively investigating a workaround to help affected locations.

Clearing browser cache has improved performance for some affected locations, though users may continue to experience intermittent slowness.

Steps to clear browser cache:
- Press and hold CTRL+Shift+Delete.
- Go to the 'Advanced' tab.
- Set the time range to 'All Time.'
- Only select Browsing history, Download history, and Cached Images and files
- Click on 'Clear Data.'
